Masiya's 55+ qualified technical and business personnel are equipped with the knowledge, expertise and courtesy that are necessary to serve and achieve.

We have invested a great deal in training our Technical Support Engineers and Software Developers to enable them to provide the highest caliber of professional after-sales support.

Our unwavering commitment to customers is to present them with the product, solution, support, and after sales support that is required. At Masiya, we offer and implement the necessary training to staff members nominated by customers, while providing appropriate counsel and guidance when and where required.

At Masiya, approximately 70% of the staff are technical personnel. They are looked upon as the primary leverage force of the company.
